Parts and materials can be provided by you, or we can sometimes procure them for you and bring them along (30% procurement fees for time and travel will apply if we do your shopping).
The Phoenix Metro area we serve is very large. But, we will happily come to you no matter how far we need to travel to get there in the metro area. This $1.50/mile charge is roundtrip and applies to every trip made to your property or on behalf of your project completion.
If you choose to pay in good old fashioned cash, or with Zelle, this won't apply. But, we do provide the option to use our convenient electronic billing and payment systems through Intuit QuickBooks Payments if you prefer. Intuit may even approve you for installment payments at checkout.
You can buy your own materials and parts so we don't need to be involved in those purchases. There are times where it may make sense for us to procure the parts and materials and simply add their cost onto your invoice (with additional procurement fees for time and travel). But, we will never do that without first communicating with you. No surprise billing!
