We will never try to overstate our skillset just to get the job!
Fair Pricing and Respectful Behavior
We will plainly state our pricing up front so there are not hidden charges. And we will NEVER try to trick people into paying for things they don't need! The stories we have heard about how the trades have been known to treat women, the elderly, or just people who don't know a lot about fixing things around their homes make our blood boil! No matter who you are, you can anticipate respectful behavior from us from the first call to our office to the last tool put away at the end of the job and this includes our pricing. We want you as a return customer and for you to feel confident giving our name to your friends and family!
Easy Process
The Process:
Pamela will collect some basic information about you, your location, and your project vision so we can get you set up in our books to create an estimate.
Sometimes, a trip out to see your setup may be warranted and she will also help coordinate your schedule with our team to get that lined up.
We use only one-hour appointment arrival time scheduling (because we know you have a life) and always work to demonstrate respect for your valuable time.
A formal estimate will be emailed to you for you to review (and accept if you would like to move forward to scheduling).
Our terms are simple:
50% of the estimated cost is due at booking to reserve the time on Nick's schedule for your project. Then, when the work is completed, the remaining balance is due on site before he leaves your location.
Payment types aplenty:
We accept cash on site for final balances or we can run your credit or debit card right there if you prefer. While we do not accept checks, you can use our convenient electronic invoice to do an immediate ACH transfer from your checking or savings account.
